This policy applies to aienju.com and its mini-programs, covering: the HMC Dental Clinic Management System (dental medical services) and Lord of the Endless Night / Thousand-Star Era / Jishuitan Night Shift (game services).
1. Medical personal information we collect includes: patient name, mobile number, ID card number, medical record content, and treatment records.
2. Such information is stored encrypted in server databases and automatically masked (middle digits of mobile/ID numbers) when displayed; only authorized medical administrators may view the complete information.
3. Medical records are mandatorily retained for 15 years from the last visit date. Only logical deletion is supported; physical deletion is not performed.
4. AI medical record analysis results are for reference only and cannot replace diagnosis by a licensed physician.
1. Games collect: account, login information, save data, and recharge records.
2. Protection of minors: we enforce anti-addiction restrictions (time windows / duration / recharge limits) based on real-name information.
3. Recharge transaction records are fully retained (including payee account and balance snapshot) for reconciliation and refund tracing.
You have the right to request: access to your information, correction, and deletion of account data. Please submit requests through our customer service channel.
Access logs are retained for no less than 6 months; sensitive fields in logs (mobile number, ID card, medical records) are masked.
